Top Dog Streaming – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Top Dog Streaming (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing, accessing, or using our services (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Top Dog Streaming provides digital streaming services, including access to television channels, video content, and related features. Service availability and content may vary based on your subscription plan and geographic location.

2. Account Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Provide accurate account information.

Maintain a valid payment method on file.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.

3. Subscription & Recurring Payments

By subscribing, you authorize Top Dog Streaming to automatically charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis according to your subscription plan.
Payments will renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
A minimum 7-day notice before your renewal date is required to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before renewal will apply to the following billing cycle.

5. Billing & Payment Terms

Your bill is due 5 days before your renewal service date.

If payment is not received by the due date, your service may be suspended until payment is made.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date.

6. Late Fees & Disconnection Fees

Late Fee: A $5.00 late fee will be applied if payment is not received by the due date.

Disconnection Fee: A $15.00 fee will be charged if service is disconnected due to non-payment.

Service will only be restored once all outstanding balances and applicable fees are paid in full.

7. Refund Policy

Top Dog Streaming does not provide refunds for:

Partial billing cycles

Unused service time

Failure to cancel within the required notice period

All sales and subscription renewals are final unless required by law.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service

Add or remove content

Change subscription pricing (with advance notice)

We are not responsible for outages caused by internet provider issues, user equipment, or other factors beyond our control.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Share your login credentials

Resell, distribute, or publicly broadcast the Service

Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Dog Streaming is not liable for:

Service interruptions

Content availability

Loss of data or damages related to use of the Service

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top Dog Streaming from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service

Violation of these Terms

Infringement of any third-party rights

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
